Breakfast Meetings
We find breakfast meetings are becoming increasingly popular. A hearty breakfast can be eaten during your meeting, or precede it. Away from the demands of ringing telephones, and in privacy, you will find yourselves able to accomplish so much more and attack the remainder of your day in a better frame of mind.
Tea and coffee will be available throughout the meeting.

Business Lunches / Meetings
Business lunches have to be booked in advance. If you require sole occupancy of the restaurant for a luncheon meeting, this can be arranged. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and quote accordingly.
Day Conferences
Whatever your conference or business needs, Little Hallingbury Mill is here to offer you excellent facilities and services. You can book single or multiple day conferences.
Single Day
A conference day rate can be offered to delegates. This rate includes morning and afternoon coffee breaks, three-course business lunch and room hire and conference refreshments.
The lunch menu can be selected from our Menu, or alternatively we will be pleased to discuss individual requirements and/ or work to a budget. Our chef will be pleased to quote for those requiring special diets.
Included in the above day rate fee will be paper and pencils for the delegates. Any additional requirements will be quoted for separately.
Most companies find it beneficial for delegates to stay the night prior to a conference to ensure a prompt and alert start to the day, especially for those having to travel from further a field or having to fly into England. It should be noted that London Stansted Airport is only ten minutes from the venue.
Residential
We are able to offer a residential day delegate rate, which includes all the above plus one night's accommodation.
