With a picturesque and tranquil location within easy reach of the City of London, Stansted Airport and the M11 motorway Little Hallingbury Mill is an ideal place to hold a business meeting, conference or training event.

 

For meetings of more than 20 people you will be guaranteed dedicated use of our facilities and services for the day.

 

 

 

We will work with your conference organiser to make sure that our services are tailored to your requirements. Leaving you and your delegates to concentrate on getting the most out of your event.

 

If you need assistance with the often difficult task of organising social activities and transport for your delegates, we will be delighted to help.

 

Our aim is to help make sure your event is successful, enjoyable and affordable for everyone involved.

Facilities

 

The following facilities are available at the Mill:

 

  • Accommodation for up to 35 delegates with theatre style layout or 20 at tables.

  • Break out session room

  • On site car parking for up to 30 vehicles

  • Fax, WIFI connection, and printing facilities

  • Presentational aids (flip chart boards, projector etc.)

  • Restaurant and Licensed Bar and Beer garden

  • Up to 18 rooms for guests staying over night.

Local Activities

We recognise that team building and social activities often make a business conference or meeting more memorable for delegates.

They are also frequently one of the most difficult parts of an event to organise.

At Little Hallingbury Mill we are fortunate to be surrounded by a wealth of things to do and our team will be happy to help out with arrangements.

Here are just some activities within 30 minutes journey time you might wish to consider:

  • Evening Horse Racing at Great Leighs (Thursday & Saturday evenings)

     

 

  • A night at the Greyhounds at Harlow (Wednesday & Fridays)

 

  • Golf at Great Hadham Gold Club (18 holes 6854 Yards) A 9 hole par 3 course will be available in 2009.

 

  • Health Club, Gym and Spa at Great Hadham Country Club.

  • Go Kart Racing or Paint Ball at Brentwood Park Karting Centre .

  • Ten Pin Bowling in Bishop’s Stortford or Harlow.

      

  • Wine Tasting Evenings at The Mill

  • Traditional Indoor Games team competition at Little Hallingbury Mill !

 

Price Packages

The following rates per delegate are based on a events involving 20 or more people:

Full Day Rate (from £30)

Full use of the facilities from 9am, with hot buffet lunch, 3 course evening dinner, tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. A reduced rate accommodation charge of £40 is also per person B&B is also available for any delegates staying overnight (subject to room availability)

Day Time Rate  (from £20)

Full use of the facilities from 9am to 5pm, hot buffet lunch, tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day.

Half Day Rate(from £12.50)                         

Full use of the facilities for up to 4 hours, finger buffet, tea, coffee and soft drinks. 

Breakfast Meeting Rate (from £6)

Use of meeting room facilities with continental breakfast or bacon rolls, tea, coffee and fruit juices.

We will be very happy to take bookings for smaller groups and to design a price and service package around your specific need.
