Picturesque Little Hallingbury Mill with its pretty and private riverside setting is a popular venue for a romantic dinner or getaway break.

Our peaceful rural location, near to major transport links, allows couples to get away from it all and enjoy each others company without having to travel for hours to find some much treasured privacy.
 
The availability of 3 attractive riverside walks starting from the Mill and the cosy atmosphere of our bistro dining area also help to create a romantic environment.

We are frequently thrilled to find that couples chose to use their stay at the Mill as the time to make and accept proposals of marriage.

   Romantic Breaks
   

In addition to providing special menus for romantic days like anniversaries, birthdays, and Valentines day, we offer two special packages for couples wishing to take a romantic break at the Mill.
 
Weekday Romantic Break*
                   (£105 per couple per night)

• A double room in the Mill building or Mill House for 1 night, with a bottle of sparkling wine** in the room on arrival.
  
• A three course dinner for 2 in the Mill restaurant or our atmospheric bistro bar.
  
• Breakfast with bucks fizz on the day of departure.
  

Weekend Romantic Break* 
                  (£120 per couple)

• A double room for Saturday evening in the Mill building or Mill House with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine* in the room on arrival.
  
• A three course dinner for 2 in the Mill restaurant or bistro bar.
  
• Breakfast with bucks fizz on Sunday morning.
  
• Sunday Carvery in the Mill restaurant following a picturesque riverside walk.
